The mission of the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation is to empower communities across the globe by investing in and increasing the impact of non-profits that focus on education, workforce development, and disaster relief.
The Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation recognizes the importance of a vibrant, efficient and stable non-profit sector. To this end, the Foundation’s efforts are guided by the following values:

In order to maximize the Foundation’s ability to provide value to the non-profit sector, areas of focus were selected that align with and could benefit from the company’s specific business expertise.
Below are the Foundation’s three core areas of focus. Within these areas of focus, the Foundation allocates resources to address specific issues:
Education - organizations and efforts that work to increase high school retention and graduation
.. levels and/or prepare youth for achievement and success in college.
Workforce Development - organizations and initiatives that offer skills training or retraining with a
.. focus on moving disadvantaged populations- such as at-risk youth, immigrants, and/or dislocated
.. workers- into the workforce.
Disaster Relief - organizations and efforts that provide the support and assistance needed to
.. prevent, prepare for, and respond to natural disasters and emergencies.
