Cornerstone OnDemand recognizes that many of our clients lead the way in serving their communities through the longstanding support of nonprofits, volunteerism, and philanthropic investments and initiatives. The Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation seeks to support and enhance our clients’ existing community efforts in order to magnify our collective impact on the non-profit sector.

To this end, the Foundation has developed the Community Empowerment Program (CEP) which provides software grants to those clients who propose to leverage our talent management software in innovative ways for social impact. These grants are in-kind, time-limited contributions of software licenses intended to enable Cornerstone clients to have a greater impact in the communities they serve.
