No matter where these disasters strike, the mobilization and deployment of assistance during and after a crisis is essential to all communities but particularly in underdeveloped and impoverished regions. These catastrophes require immediate response by professionals and volunteers all of whom must be well-trained and equipped to provide on-going supplies and support.
