The HR Pro Bono Corps matches HR professionals with nonprofit organizations in need of HR consulting and expertise. Designed to accommodate the busy schedules of volunteers, pro bono engagements range from coaching sessions to short term consulting projects.
Second to fundraising, nonprofit executives spend the majority of their time trying to recruit, train, and retain the right people. As a member of the Corps, you have the opportunity to meet a critical need by helping nonprofits develop and improve their human capital management processes. Our volunteers are delivering impact every day by helping organizations with projects related to workforce planning, change management, and performance management. In addition to supporting deserving organizations, pro bono engagements offer an incredible opportunity for networking and skills enhancement.
