Partnership Program

Through the Partnership Program, the Foundation offers non-profits the company’s talent management software and services at special rates.

Target Non-Profits
Those non-profits whose mission and activities align with the Foundation’s three target areas—education, workforce development and disaster relief—are eligible to receive a discount on software and services. Over time, as the Foundation is able to provide expanded benefits and support, target non-profits that are using Cornerstone OnDemand’s software will be able to apply for additional assistance including company grants and customer sponsorships that can offset all or a portion of the remaining costs.

Strategic Partners
Every year, the Foundation invites a small number of non-profits, whose mission aligns with one of the Foundation’s three target areas, to apply for the Strategic Partnership program. Those non-profits that are chosen as Strategic Partners are awarded a two-year contract under which they receive Cornerstone’s software and consulting services at no cost. At the conclusion of this two-year contract, strategic partners receive a 75% discount on software and a 50% discount on services. To learn more about our current Strategic Partners, click here.

General Non-Profits
Because the Foundation seeks to extend its reach to all non-profits, those organizations that do not explicitly operate within the Foundation's designated areas of focus will also be eligible for Foundation programs and services .
