The Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation recognizes the significant role that human capital management software can play in improving the development, engagement and retention of our teachers and school leaders.  And yet, it is clear that to achieve the greatest outcomes and impact in education, we must leverage technology more broadly in order to share the expertise of the many leading education organizations, districts, and educators who are working to transform our system. 

To this end, the Foundation seeks to develop a Teacher Empowerment Portal to harness industry best practices and expertise while serving as an aggregator and delivery mechanism to help make these best practices accessible to all schools and teachers.

In collaboration with our clients and partners, we are working to configure and populate the Cornerstone OnDemand integrated talent management suite with relevant content, competencies, and career path information which will create a powerful platform for sharing best practices, engaging in communities of practice, and empowering individuals who are committed to  learning.  If you would like more information about this initiative, please feel free to contact us at foundation@cornerstoneondemand.com.
