The Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, responding to an important and growing need, is working with non-profit and private sector partners to develop robust volunteer management software. This software will:

Catalog volunteer opportunities

Screen, track, and match volunteers

Track volunteer activities and hours as well as volunteer skills & performance

Provide reporting and evaluation capabilities

Track employee giving

Provide specific training to volunteers

Capture information related to employee preferences and interests

Capture the data and feedback necessary to quantify the impact of volunteer
...projects and volunteerism on employee productivity and retention
