Workforce Development

Providing individuals with the skills necessary to compete in today’s rapidly changing and global economy is integral to ensuring vibrant and thriving societies. By empowering individuals with the tools and experience needed to enter and succeed in the workforce, individuals gain the ability to achieve economic self-sufficiency and mobility. In turn, this economic independence directly and positively impacts the stability and health of families and communities.

Core to the mission of Cornerstone OnDemand is the belief that the training, development, and advancement of people must be central to any successful enterprise or

organization. The Foundation, building on the experience and core competencies of the company, seeks to assist those individuals that face barriers to employment such as new immigrants, foster youth, dislocated workers, and older adults. To this end, the Foundation partners with and supports organizations that offer work readiness and skills training programs as well as mentoring, internships, and job placement assistance.
