Gayle is an accomplished executive and consultant with over 25 years of experience implementing process and technology to increase business performance.  

She spent the first part of her career in the manufacturing sector and gained a lot of expertise in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology. After a progressive career in information technology that led to a CIO role for a mid-size manufacturing firm in Cincinnati, she found a new interest in strategic human resources and talent management and started her own consulting business focused on HR technology strategy and implementation.

Gayle then joined Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) in 2012 in the Talent Strategy Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant for Performance and Succession. At CSOD her expertise includes talent management, organization development, and business process improvement.
