Strategic Partner Profile: Project HOPE

Project HOPE is an international nonprofit global health development organization, with over 600 employees and operations in 30 countries. The Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation invited Project HOPE to be one of its first strategic partners, and the organization has since implemented Cornerstone’s learning management system (LMS), along with recruiting, performance, and succession.

Project HOPE ImageSince 2012, Project HOPE has delivered hundreds of online training courses to employees and volunteers in some of the most isolated locations in the world. “We used Cornerstone learning to train and prepare our Africa team to face one of the biggest challenges of our time:  Ebola,” said Miriam Wardak, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Project HOPE. “We could not have done this without our LMS.” In one year, there were 2,000 course registrations with a 95% completion rate.
