Nonprofits have limited funds and are often unable to invest in professional development. As a result, the employees and volunteers performing the most vital work in their communities go without the training they need to perform their jobs most effectively.
Our solution
Cornerstone OnDemand established the Foundation so nonprofits would not have to choose between advancing their cause and developing their people. The goal was to give anyone working in the nonprofit sector access to the same innovative technology and online learning resources that employees at Fortune 500 companies and other Cornerstone OnDemand clients were using to build new skills and maximize their impact.
Our mission
Our mission at the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation is to transform the way people help people. Through our free online learning programs, we build the capacity of nonprofit organizations and provide their employees and volunteers the opportunity to learn essential skills at no cost.
